If you have received a letter from us and you are disputing the debt. If the reason for the dispute can be resolved utilizing any of our other submission forms such as Insurance, Bankruptcy, etc. please use that form only. For other reasons please see the drop-down box below. By submitting a dispute with us it is not automatically resolving the account with the facility, we will mark the account as disputed in our office.
