Currently Hiring:

Full/Part Time Medical Collection Representatives

  • $12 – $15  hourly based on experience / with $20+ hourly as average earning potential

Qualifications:

  • Prefer collections or previous accounts receivables experience with minimum of 1 year.
  • Possess a willingness to learn- Will consider and train individuals with customer service experience (i.e. 1 – 3 years sales support, lead generation or inside sales).
  • Excellent written, oral communication as well as negotiation and organizational skills.
  • PC proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook and data base navigation.
  • Team-oriented.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual a plus.

Duties include:

  • Compliant communication with responsible parties for unpaid medical balances.
  • Documenting outcome of communication.
  • Negotiating payment and/or timely payment plans for resolution of outstanding balances.

 

Full/Part Time Patient Account Representatives

  • $13+  hourly based on experience / plus potential additional monthly team incentives

Qualifications:

  • Prefer medical office experience or previous accounts receivables with minimum of 1 year.
  • Possess a willingness to learn- Will consider and train individuals with customer service experience (i.e. 1 – 3 years medical office support, sales support, accounts receivable).
  • Excellent written, oral communication as well as problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
  • PC proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook and ability to navigate multiple data bases.
  • Team-oriented.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual a plus.

Duties include:

  • Courteous and compliant communication with responsible parties for unpaid medical balances.
  • Maintain account resolutions of current A/R within 120day revenue cycle.
  • Negotiating payment and/or timely payment plans for resolution of outstanding balances within the client protocol.
  • Updating patient accounts with demographics, active insurance information, and identifying applicants for financial assistance, generating statements.
  • Accurate and professional documentation of the outcome of communication
